Healing

Healing from the inside out can be so therapeutic!!! I am not referring to the healing when you get sick, I am talking about the healing we all need to do when life gets tough, or we find ourselves depressed or lost, feeling lonely and alone, poor body image, low self esteem....any number of things that can creep into our lives without us being aware. In order to understand what is going on around us, we need to understand ourselves. Gong inside ourselves, mentally and physically. What does our heart say, how does our body feel???

Giving yourself time to look deep inside, touching your core in a way that moves your soul, connection to self. We all need to be aware of who we are, how we treat ourselves, what makes your body feel good, what goes in has such an impact on what comes out. Healing is a soul connection and there are so many parts to that soul that we need to move and feed. If nothing else start with love, deep deep unconditional love!

Tis the season of craziness, especially this year, be kind, be soft snd be open. Move your body exercise your mind and nurture your soul. Fill your body with good things, fill your mind with good things and fill your heart with good things. Be mindful this time of year with what you are doing and choices you make, listen to your heart and your intuition (that is listening to your heart).

Once you start the process the release is amazing, everything seems better, brighter and more authentic. If you need to talk to a friend a loved one, don't ever be afraid to ask for help, there is a community out there that loves you. We all need healing in some form or another, you are never alone, growing up, growing older is not without its challenges, things change and so do we. Start the process and savor the healing!!
