Indulge
Indulge~ Allowing oneself to enjoy the pleasure of... Yes, I am actually writing about indulging after I just posted a Blog about detoxing?!?! Believe it or not these two things can actually work together. With a detox, we are actually cleansing our mind, body and soul, clearing all that doesn't serve us, mind and body.
Once the detox in complete, it's not about what you can't do or can't have, it's about all the possibilities that lie ahead. What if we did away with lack, and started living more fully, breathing more deeply, laughing more loudly, crying more deeply, eating more healthy? What if the only thing we placed a limit on was how much we place limits on ourselves? Only do the the things that bring joy in your life, only eat the things that feel good and are good for you. What a clean great feeling life would be, the clarity, the joy, the happy heart!!!
The indulge I am referring to, obviously, is indulging in life itself. In this life of ours does come food, drink, laughter, hope, faith, love, joy... All that makes us happy and complete! Indulging in all the good things in life brings true health and happiness. We can find pleasure in eating well and taking care of ourselves, making yummy recipes, buying quality fruits, vegetables, meats, fish... Putting time in the kitchen and time into ourselves.
I am always here to share recipes, share information, answer questions, offering inspiration in any way I can. Let me know how I can assist you in a more cleansing joyful life, one full of health and all the good things waiting for you.
