Peace

mindysavoryoursoul

We all want peace in our lives, but for some reason we are convinced that we need to find it outside of ourselves, or we are searching for peace. Peace is within us, it is and has always been there, we just need to clean out all the muck in order to find it, feel it and be it. Wanting a little piece of peace or a lot of peace, doesn't matter, its there!! Give yourself some clarity and peace will be easier to see and feel. Peace is that space inside us where there is calm, content, love, freedom from disturbance, tranquility.

Being more in tune with your body and your mind, feeling that connection to both, brings you to a place of peace. What I find to be most important is giving yourself the time to get there, always holding space for yourself. Allowing yourself to move through your day at your own pace, doing the things that are most important, not just physically but mentally as well. Look at your peace, feel your peace, how does peace looking feel to you?? How do you get to that place everyday, all day? You can still do all the things required in your day, but just think how much better it would be if you finished your day being at peace with it all, and yourself. There are so many different ways to get there, but without allowing the time, it is more difficult to bring out.

Peace starts with self, then you can send it out into the world. When you are able to trust the process of getting to that place of peace, there will be guidance, direction, support and grace available to you. You will deepen your awareness and understanding of who you are and the meaning of every person and experience you encounter.

GF Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

¼ GF all purpose flour

½ tsp salt

½ tsp oregano

½ tsp garlic powder

1 egg

2 tbsp water

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

In a medium bowl combine all the dry ingredients. Add the water and the oil and stir, you might need to use your hands and the dough starts to form.

Knead for about two minutes.

Pull dough ball out of the bowl and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet and press out to form the pizza circle. You can also try to do this with your hands, holding the dough to stretch it out. Whatever is easiest.
