Simplicity

Simplicity is the elimination of the non-essential in all things. Yes, in ALL things!! It reduces life to its minimum of real needs, raising life to its maximum. "All great truths are simple." Our simple faith lives in thought, word and action. No ones character can be simple unless it is based on truth, living in harmony with our own conscience and ideals. Simplicity is the pure white light of life lived from within. It can be destroyed by any attempt to live in harmony with public opinion. We must live our lives by our own ideals.

Nature teaches us simplicity, her acceptance of us, her quiet, letting us just BE!!! Health, is living life in harmony and simplicity. To live well and be well is simple, simple food, simple exercise, simple precautions will work wonders. We humans seem to get tired of simple, and yield to the temptations that come into our lives, listening to our palate, instead of nature, and then we suffer as a result.

To act simply, we need to think simply. Life grown wondrously beautiful when we look at it as simple. Trivial cares, sorrows and worries are only interruptions, they don't count, they are not the real things in life, unless you allow them. If you live in your own true individuality, lying, deceit, treachery and selfishness cannot grow. Living in simple truth and honesty leaves no room for dishonesty and corruption. Let us cultivate this simplicity in all things in our lives, the first step to simplicity is "simplifying."

Simplicity is not weakness or ignorance, it is the secret to greatness in your life. We need to live down what others are trying to live up to. Paving the road for a healthy, whole, simple life, full of what matter the most.
